- Contractual teachers with more than 10 years of service get this bonanza
- Even teachers with gaps in 10 years service included
- Salary jump upto 4x
- Annual increment of 5% on their basic salaries every year
- Paid leaves, maternity leaves etc additional benefits like other regular employees
Respectable titles like Associate/Assistant teacher given, from earlier Education providers/volunteers etc
